What happens to the computers and monitors once you receive them?

RFBC will not landfill material or dump material in third world countries. 
RFBC and its partners will disassemble and recover computer and electronic 
components for resale and recycling of: metals, glass and plastics, etc. 

Product stewardship is a primary concern for the RFBC program. We offer Certificates 
of Recycling for materials processed by the RFBC program and its partners. 
Material will be destroyed through the disassembly and recovery process. 

For normal end-user quantities, all computer files, software or other information contained on electronic 
scrap received by us will be removed and erased, thus further protecting our customers. 
If you have pallet load quantities of desktops/laptops we can provide this service for a fee.
